The LAA Distinguished Service Awards are presented to individuals within the multi-family industry that excel in their position, provide excellent customer service and actively involved in the Association. PMR was awarded 2018 Property Management of the Year and Shelby Arnold was awarded Multi-site Property Manager of the Year, Rolling Hills was awarded Property Improvement Company of the Year at The 2018 Louisville Apartment Association Gala.
